Every word you are speaking is absolutely true I have experienced this myself. I have never been a confident person at doing anything in life doesn't matter what I'm doing I'm always very hesitant and reserved but over the years my confidence has grown ten fold due to purposely putting my in situations that I feel uncomfortable with to grow my confidence even more and self belief in myself I will give you an example I used to be terrified of driving on motorways here in the UK because of all the traffic speeding by you and being so close to you it terrified me so to over come this I first used to drive with my partner in the car with me on the motorway then as I gained a bit more confidence in myself I would go on a short journey on the motorway on my own and now I'm will go anywhere on the motorway I will drive all the way to Scotland or down south Devon my confidence has grown so much. What I have learnt is that you've got to push yourself and put yourself in uncomfortable situation for you to grow yourself your confidence your belief in yourself this is how you grow and evolve yourself and with this mind set you can completely transform your life one month you can in your old dead end job the next month you might be redundant with no job but don't fear the change embrace it because it can better your life you could be doing a better job than you were before with more money and better work life balance you just don't know but you've got to be confident and believe in yourself that's the most important thing self belief and a positive view on the situation Is the key to bettering yourself no matter what the situation.

I'm no Einstein, I left school here in Oz at 14 and went into the building trade, even though my education was ignored by myself (hated school) enough seeped in to at least make me semi literate

I'll got diagnosed with PTSD last year and lost my marriage of 24years just because of my terrible attitude towards my wife and kids and your videos at the time helped me out with my major changes I've made in my life.
